By accessing or using AntiBot SaaS ("Service"), operated by AntiBot ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to conduct any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Service.
• Share your API keys with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Service to target or harass individuals or groups.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features.

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or engage in suspicious activity.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis depending on the subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it. You may cancel your plan renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our support team.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AntiBot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AntiBot.

In no event shall AntiBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Service and notifying us to delete your account.
